Attendance Coordinator

As an Attendance Coordinator, I am responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate student attendance records, identifying attendance trends, and implementing interventions to support improved student engagement and success. I collaborate closely with administrators, counselors, teachers, students, and families to address barriers that impact attendance, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-up. My role includes organizing attendance reports, coordinating parent outreach, supporting compliance with school and district policies, and creating a welcoming environment where students feel supported and motivated to attend school regularly.

I am passionate about the work I do and deeply committed to helping students and families succeed. I believe every student has potential, and I strive to build positive relationships that encourage responsibility, confidence, and growth. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy dancing folkloric music, which reflects my appreciation for culture, community, and self-expression—values that also guide how I connect with and support students every day.
