Our Athletic Director.
My name is Darrin “DJ” Cotton Jr., and I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the new Athletic Director at George Washington High School. I bring a background in both education and athletics that has shaped my
passion for working with student-athletes. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration. Athletically, I have coached and served in athletic leadership roles at the
high school level, working closely with student-athletes, coaches, and
families to build programs centered on discipline, accountability, and
growth. I am a former athlete myself so I understand what it takes to excel
